What to expect today

TUESDAY: Tuesday will be a rinse and repeat of our Labor Day. We will start off beautiful with dry and sunny skies above. As the sun continues to shine, temperatures will soar into the mid to upper 90’s yet again. Most feels like values will stay below 105, but heat advisories continue to spread across north Mississippi, primarily affecting those of you out in the Delta. Rain chances will still be hard to come by, but keep the rain gear in the back of the car as isolated downpours return for Tuesday afternoon.

THE REST OF THE WEEK: Our dry and warm weather pattern continues through most of the work week. Temperatures stay consistent in the mid to upper 90’s while rain chances stay limited through the first half of the week. Thursday and Friday looks most prominent for more rain and storm chances to move into north Mississippi. Once these clear out, we will enjoy starting our weekend mornings in the low 70’s. Not a bad way to start the weekend off!
